Reopened for Coworking!
Dear Work Loft Friends and Members,
We are pleased to let you know Work Loft has re-opened for coworking as of Tuesday, May 26th! In accordance with the State provided Guidelines, Tools, and Certification processes for reopening businesses, we have made some modifications to our space and operating procedures that we’d like to share with you:
Room to Stretch Out
The first thing you’ll notice is the vast amount of space between seats. Each seat has a minimum of 6 feet of distance to the nearest seat, and several have over 7 feet of distance. This should facilitate safe social distancing. (Additionally, we are asking all members to wear face coverings when in open/common areas.)
Cleaning and Sanitizing
We are wiping surfaces down regularly each day, and have installed Nano-Septic self cleaning surfaces on high use items such as door handles. The building is also professionally cleaned on a weekly basis using sanitizing/disinfecting products, and the HVAC system was recently maintained and new filters installed. Finally, cleaning supplies and hand sanitizer are provided in the open space for members to use.
Dedicated Desks
Due to demand for dedicated space, we are now offering four dedicated desks in the Greenhouse for $450/month. These workstations are a whopping 8’ long, and divided with panels. A monitor and locking filing cabinet will be provided. Email us at info@workloftmhd.com to reserve yours.
Our individual offices are private and fully furnished (several of the desks are height-adjustable.) We have a few still available. Reach out to us at info@workloftmhd.com to reserve yours.
Space Access
To facilitate tracking who’s in the building, we are keeping the door locked at all times. Active members have access via Kisi. Returning members, Day Pass Users, and visitors should contact us to set up access (info@workloftmhd.com).
Staffed Hours
We are currently staffed 8am-12pm on weekdays, excluding public holidays. We are also available on call from 12pm-6pm.
